Casa “le tartarughe” è composto da due ambienti, vivibili
separatamente o uniti, situati in Via Giovanni Lanza, a 5
minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e dai Fori Imperiali, in un bel
palazzo di fine ‘800, esternamente già ristrutturato, mentre
all’interno i lavori inizieranno a marzo 2008. Gli
appartamenti distano m.10 dalla Metro B e circa Km. 1 dalla
Stazione Termini, entrambi sono arredati con moderni mobili
realizzati su misura che li rendono funzionali ed eleganti.
Il più grande, “le tartarughe 1”, è un elegante loft di 70mq
con una zona con letto matrimoniale a baldacchino con TV
inserita e un capiente armadio a muro. Il bagno, con doccia
Jacuzzi, comprende un area lavanderia separata. La cucina
molto efficiente ed attrezzata si apre sul soggiorno che
comprende una lunga scrivania a muro, il tavolo da pranzo e un
divano letto matrimoniale per ospiti.
Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. L'appartamento comprende
un verdissimo giardino arredato di 80mq, circondato da
gelsomini, alberi di limoni, mandarini e amarene: un’atmosfera
unica nel cuore della città. Il costo è 120 euro al giorno per
due persone e 15 euro per ogni persona in più; 750 a
settimana; 2.300 al mese.

Il secondo, “le tartarughe 2”, è una monocamera di 25mq,
arredata con particolare attenzione alla comodità e
razionalità degli spazi e comprende una piccola cucina, ma
attrezzata, un grande armadio a muro, un letto matrimoniale
soppalcato, una zona pranzo e un divano letto matrimoniale. Il
costo è 90 euro al giorno per due persone e 10 euro per ogni
persona in più; 500 a settimana; 1.600 al mese.

Gli appartamenti che possono diventare comunicanti, sono
dotati di ogni confort: tv, impianto stereo, WI-Fi ,
lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, cassaforte, aria
condizionata,
lettore DVD, impianto stereo.

testimonianze dell'epoca romana, medioevale, rinascimentale e
barocca: una successione di stili che copre 2500 anni di
storia. Primo tra tutti il Colosseo, con la vicina Domus
Aurea, le terme di Traiano, i Fori Imperiali con gli adiacenti
Mercati, le terme di Tito, i resti dell' acquedotto Claudio,
San Pietro in Vincoli con il Mosè di Michelangelo, Santa
Francesca Romana, il Palazzo Pontificio, la Scala Santa, la
chiesa di S. Clemente, S. Martino ai Monti, la Basilica di S.
Maria Maggiore, le memorie medievali come il triclinio
Leoniano, il Battistero Lateranense, S. Stefano Rotondo, le
torri dei Capocci e alcuni capolavori del barocco romano come
le chiese di S. Andrea al Quirinale e di S. Carlino alle
Quattro Fontane. Monti è sicuramente una delle più
affascinanti zone della Capitale ed oltre alle innumerevoli
testimonianze storiche, offre al turista belle passeggiate per
le sue stradine dove si aprono botteghe artigiane, gallerie
d'arte, negozi di antiquariato, locali notturni, ristoranti e
pizzerie.

“Le Tartarughe 1 e 2” is a combination of 2 luxury and modern
apartments located at Via Lanza, at only 5 minutes walking
from the Colloseum and Imperial Forum.

There is a lofted area with carefully designed double bed. The
apartment can host 4 people. The rent is 90 euro a day for two

Together with “Le Tartarughe 1” these two apartments can host
up 8 people. There are 2 independent entrances, 2 double
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Monti quarter, the heart of Rome
Monti is the most ancient quarter of Rome, testifying the
Roman- medieval- renaissancial- and baroqual eras: a
consequence of styles from beyond 2500 years. First of all the
Colosseum, close to Domus Aurea, the baths of Trajan, The
Imperial Forum with a lot of Markets nearby, the baths of
Tito, the remains of the water main of Claudio, St. Peter in
Chains with Michelangelo’s Moses, Santa Francesca Romana, the
Pontificio Palace, la Scala Santa, the church of St. Clemente,
